We recently bought a Ford Mondeo from J D Motor Company and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Sara was friendly, helpful and very transparent throughout the whole process. When we first viewed the car there was a slight smoke smell from the previous owner, but the team at J D Motor Company went above and beyond to sort it out properly. They replaced the cabin filter, ran an ozonator through the car and carried out a deep valet before we collected it, and when we picked it up it smelled completely fresh.

A few days after collecting the car we noticed a slight brake squeal and a small judder when braking. We contacted Sara and she arranged for the car to be booked in straight away. Even though the noise had stopped on the day and the mechanic could barely feel the judder (TYPICAL), they still replaced the front brakes just to make sure everything was right. That level of after-sales care really shows they stand behind the cars they sell.

We absolutely love the car and really appreciate the service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend J D Motor Company to anyone looking for a car.

Hi there ive just purchased a lovely Renualt megane from you and absolutely love it and the service i received from viewing the car to picking up was 2nd to non and was in a hurry to buy due to recently having a non fault accident and my previous car being wrriten off. Honestly Sara is absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with not pushy or anything like usual car sales places was honestly a breath of fresh air. My car was missing an isofix cover however sara sorted this very quickly and I have now got this and fits perfectly nothing was too much trouble and even on pick up day picked me up from the train station as im not local honestly top service that. Got my dream car

I purchased a very nice Fiat 500 from JD Motors this week. I would advise always checking the actual vehicle spec on the vendors website as there was a discrepancy from what was on Autotrader and what was on JD Motors site. Fortunately this wasn't a problem for me. I had loaded my Hastings direct App before I set out so was able to transfer all insurance in two minutes, and Austin and Cara were very helpful and we'd sorted out the Tax and paperwork in about 15 minutes after I'd finished my test drive and part exed my old vehicle, which took all stress out of the purchase. Despite the car being down valued from the original bid, Austen made it clear the reasoning into why this had been done, which made a lot of sense, and I still feel that I would have received less money from any other dealership!
